Abstract Submission Process
Researchers interested in presenting their work can submit an abstract through the official PathologyUCG Abstract Submission Portal. The submission platform allows authors to provide essential information including the research title, contact details, presentation type, scientific track, authors, affiliations, keywords, and abstract file. Abstract files can be submitted in PDF, Word, PNG, or JPEG format, with the platform supporting files up to 25 MB.
The process is straightforward:
1. Prepare Your Abstract
Develop your research abstract according to the conference submission requirements and select the most relevant scientific track.
2. Submit Online
Complete the online submission form with your title, authors, affiliations, keywords, presentation type, and abstract file.
3. Scientific Review
Submitted abstracts are evaluated by the conference scientific team for suitability and relevance to the selected session.
4. Acceptance Notification
According to the conference FAQ, authors are informed about abstract acceptance within approximately 2–4 business days after submission.
5. Complete Registration
Once your abstract is accepted, presenters can proceed with conference registration and select the appropriate participation package.
6. Prepare Your Presentation
Accepted researchers can present their work through an oral or poster presentation. Oral presenters are allocated approximately 20–25 minutes, including the Q&A session. Virtual participation is also available for researchers who cannot attend Dubai in person.
